We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a well-established and rapidly growing financial services organization in Mississauga.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Support high-volume recruitment initiatives across multiple departments and regions.
  • Build strong bilingual candidate pipelines through networking, sourcing strategies, and community outreach.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
  • Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews.
  • Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract top bilingual talent.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with workforce planning and recruitment reporting initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment environments is considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms/ATS systems is preferred.
