Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Support high-volume recruitment initiatives across multiple departments and regions.
- Build strong bilingual candidate pipelines through networking, sourcing strategies, and community outreach.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews.
- Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract top bilingual talent.
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with workforce planning and recruitment reporting initiatives.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) is required.
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment environments is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms/ATS systems is preferred.
