Our first school · Femboul Ndoye, Senegal
A stronger foundation.
A lasting difference.
In 2019, Beyond Bilingual completed its first school in Femboul Ndoye, Senegal. A permanent classroom gave local children a safer, more reliable place to learn—and opened the door to new possibilities.
Before · A temporary classroom
Learning should not depend on the weather.
Students learned in an overcrowded classroom made from grass. Rain and dirt disrupted lessons during the monsoon season, while the nearest permanent school required a five-kilometre walk from the village.
After · A place to learn
A school built for possibility.
The completed school offers a permanent classroom designed for learning, connection and growth. It is a tangible reminder that the impact of every placement can reach far beyond a workplace.
