Warehouse Operator (Picking, Packing & Inventory)
Full Time
Location: Bradford, ON, On-site
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (may extend up to 6:00 p.m. during peak periods) working up to 40-44 hours per week

Responsibilities
Summary of Role:
As a Warehouse Operator, you will support daily warehouse operations including picking and packing orders, inventory counts, and general material handling. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely order fulfillment while maintaining strong attention to detail and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders in a timely manner
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation
- Operate forklifts or counterbalance equipment (as required and certified)
- Receive, organize, and store incoming products
- Maintain accuracy in order processing and product handling
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and adherence to safety procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
- Experience in picking and packing required
- Valid forklift or counterbalance certification (asset or required depending on role)
- Strong attention to detail, especially for inventory counting and order accuracy
- Physically fit and able to handle warehouse duties
- Strong communication skills in English
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working 40–44 hours per week in a fast-paced environment
